Korean Head Spa

Deposits, Rescheduling
& Cancellations

To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required prior to your visit.

This deposit policy will automatically apply to all group bookings for three clients or more.

Please note the following rescheduling and cancellation guidelines:
• Over 48 hours in advance: Full refund of the deposit
• 24 - 48 hours in advance: Full refund of the deposit
• Within 24 hours: Deposit will be forfeited

  • You can book with us online through Fresha, or message us on WhatsApp at +65 8860 6741.

    Our front desk team will handle your request and reply promptly, confirm your slot, and send a reminder ahead of your visit.

    Our Signature Head Spa services can only be booked via WhatsApp. These aren't currently available through Fresha, so please contact us directly to arrange one.

  • We welcome walk-ins when we have availability, but appointments are always given priority.

    To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking ahead of time.

  • Most certainly! You're welcome to request a preferred stylist or head spa therapist when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

    If they're unavailable at your preferred slot, we'll suggest the next available slot for you.

  • For an exact quotation, we would like to invite you down to the salon for a complimentary consultation.

    This allows our stylists to assess your hair in person and best advise you on the necessary services required to achieve your desired look.

  • A head spa focuses on your scalp health and relaxation, combining cleansing and massage for a soothing, spa-like experience.

    A hair treatment focuses on the condition of your hair strands, nourishing, repairing, and improving their look and feel.

  • A Wash & Hand-Dry includes our Signature Hair Wash followed by a simple blow-dry to smooth and dry your hair, without any heat styling tools.

    A Wash & Style includes our Signature Hair Wash followed by styling with hot tools.

  • Some chemical treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy.

    We recommend consulting your doctor beforehand, and our team is happy to advise on gentler alternatives where possible.

  • Our add-on services (e.g. Fringe Perm, Down Perm, Root Perm) need to be paired with another service that includes a Wash & Blow.

    If you'd prefer to have them ala-carte, we’ll follow the ala-carte pricing shown in our price list.
