Membership Terms & Conditions
Memberships are valid from the date of purchase, based on tier:
• Silver: 12 months
• Gold: 18 months
• Black: 24 months
• Spa Membership: 12 months
Any unused credits will be forfeited upon expiry.
Membership credits are strictly for use by the member and their direct family members (parent, sibling, spouse, child).
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full.
In the event of a refund request:
• An administrative fee will apply
• Any previously received discounts will be deducted accordingly
Jo:Hwa Hair and Living reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, at the salon’s sole discretion.

Yes! You may upgrade your membership plan within 1 month of your initial purchase.

Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

Membership credits can be shared with immediate family members (parents, siblings, children) and spouses.

Each membership's credits come with a fixed validity period set in our system, which we're unable to adjust once activated.
We'd encourage you to make the most of your credits before they expire, our team is always happy to help you plan your visits.
